B. Patel Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the execution of civil, water resources, irrigation, and infrastructure projects.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor – Civil to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising contractors and labour, coordinating work activities, monitoring progress, checking workmanship, maintaining site records, and ensuring that work is executed safely and as per drawings and specifications.

The ideal candidate should be strong in practical site execution, understand civil construction methods, and be comfortable working directly with labour teams, contractors, engineers, and site management.

Experience on the following types of work is particularly relevant:

- Irrigation canals and canal structures
- Dams, reservoirs and embankments
- Water-supply and pipeline projects
- Drainage and flood-control works
- Earthwork, excavation and backfilling
- RCC/concrete construction
- Supervising contractors and labour
- Checking work against drawings and specifications
- Quantity measurement and site records
- Basic surveying and leveling
- Quality and safety supervision

Required Qualifications & Experience

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- Candidates with strong practical civil construction experience may also be considered depending on their skill level.

Experience





2–7 years of relevant site experience in civil construction, infrastructure, irrigation, water resources, or heavy civil projects.

Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred:

Canals | Irrigation | Dams | Reservoirs | Embankments | Pipelines | Drainage | Earthwork | RCC | Concrete Structures | Infrastructure Projects

Candidate Profile

- Hands-on and practical in approach
- Comfortable working in a field/site workplace
- Capable of managing labour and contractors
- Able to understand drawings and execute work accordingly
- Attentive to quality, measurements, and site records
- Responsible and disciplined
- Able to identify problems early and communicate them to senior engineers
- Willing to work at project locations as required
