Hasicon Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure smooth site operations. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for workforce coordination, monitoring work progress, maintaining quality and safety standards, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and preparing accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPR).

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, engineers, and vendors.
- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Monitor daily work progress and manpower deployment.
- Raise material requirements based on site needs.
- Coordinate with the purchase/stores team for material availability.
- Check and maintain proper bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Follow up with the Accounts team regarding bills, payments, and pending documents.
- Maintain records of materials received and used at the site.
- Monitor proper utilization of materials and resources.
- Ensure work is carried out as per instructions, drawings, and project requirements.
- Report site issues and requirements to the concerned manager/engineer.




- Maintain basic site documentation and records.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety at the site.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding site requirements and updates.

Requirements
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in construction/site supervision will be preferred.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of construction/site activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare basic reports.
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to coordinate with workers, contractors, vendors, and office teams.
- Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
