Studio AD is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to join our team for residential and commercial architecture and interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with workers and contractors, and ensuring that work is carried out as per drawings, design requirements and project timelines.

Experience Required

More than 3 years of relevant experience in construction, architecture or interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction and interior work at project sites
- Ensure work is executed as per architectural and interior drawings
- Monitor daily site progress and coordinate with the office and design team
- Coordinate with contractors, workers and vendors
- Manage and supervise labour at site
- Check quality of workmanship and finishing
- Monitor material requirements and usage at site
- Identify and communicate site-related issues to the architect and design team
- Ensure proper coordination between different site activities
- Maintain regular updates regarding site progress and work status
- Ensure work is completed as per project timelines





Required Skills:
- Practical knowledge of construction and interior execution
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings
- Experience in handling workers, contractors and vendors
- Good understanding of site execution and finishing work
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle day-to-day site issues responsibly
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage
- Willingness to work at project sites
