About the Role

Avonfinity Build Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee interior, painting, and civil finishing projects. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should ensure quality execution, timely completion, proper manpower management, and client satisfaction at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day activities at project sites.
- Manage painters, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, POP workers, and other contractors.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate material requirements with the procurement team.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure timely rectification of defects.
- Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and project managers regarding work progress.
- Prepare daily progress reports with site photographs.
- Ensure projects are completed within the committed timeline and budget.




- Resolve on-site issues and maintain smooth workflow.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience in interior fit-outs, painting, or civil finishing projects will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of painting systems, waterproofing, POP, gypsum, flooring, false ceiling, and interior finishing.
- Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and WhatsApp for reporting.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
