We are urgently looking for an experienced and responsible Security Supervisor to join our security operations team at Mankoli, Bhiwandi.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising security personnel, maintaining discipline, ensuring proper deployment, monitoring attendance, conducting regular rounds, and maintaining overall security standards at the assigned site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security guards at the assigned site.
- Ensure proper deployment and shift arrangements.
- Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance of security staff.
- Conduct regular security rounds and site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with client and company security procedures.
- Handle incidents, emergencies, and report them to the concerned management.
- Maintain required registers, records,
and daily reports.
- Coordinate with the client and operations team for smooth site functioning.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass
- Experience: Minimum 2 Years of experience as a Security Supervisor
- Good communication and supervisory skills.
- Ability to manage security guards and handle site-level responsibilities.
- Responsible, disciplined, and physically fit.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
