We are looking for a responsible and technically sound Site Supervisor to join our project execution team.

Job Summary The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day construction and interior works at project sites, ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

The current project locations for this position include Wayanad, Ooty, and Irinjalakuda.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of construction activities, good site coordination skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with contractors, workers, architects, engineers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction and interior works at project sites.
- Ensure execution is carried out according to approved architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at site.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignments, and execution details as per drawings.
- Coordinate and supervise civil, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, and other site activities.




- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of different trades.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure activities are completed according to the project schedule.
- Identify site issues and communicate them promptly to the project manager or architect.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, material records, and work status.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling at site.
- Monitor labour and subcontractor activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the project site.
- Verify completed works before proceeding to subsequent stages.
- Assist in quantity verification and measurement of completed works when required.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Follow up on pending works and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Support the project team in maintaining quality, timelines, and execution standards.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant site supervision experience, preferably in an architecture, construction, interior, or contracting firm.
- Good practical knowledge of construction and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site practices.
- Ability to coordinate with workers, contractors, subcontractors,



and consultants.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and construction documentation will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work at project locations in Wayanad, Ooty, and Irinjalakuda.
- Willingness to travel and stay at project locations when required.
- A responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach to work.
