Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

Uniform Division Manager / Site Security Specialist (C) 40 hrs/ week - Mon - Fri

- Coordinate first response to any security emergency situation with UD supervisors, officers & RSOC.
- Work as first point of contact for onsite guarding team for all operational issues.
- Liaison with service provider for guarding services to ensure effective quality of service for guarding staff. Also ensure requirements (contractual statutory) as per General Service Agreement with service provider are met.
- Conduct surprise checks of the onsite UD supervisors & officers to ensure effective quality of service.
- Conduct routine patrolling rounds of the site to check alertness of UD supervisors & officers.
- Manpower planning & deployment of the UD officers. Check documents like guarding invoices etc. for correctness before putting up for security manager review.




- Assisting Senior Manager & Manager security in implementing approved directives & general orders & check noncompliance/violations.
- Coordinating with Regional Security Operations Center (RSOC) to respond to various security & safety alarms.
- Conduct preliminary investigations into incidents like on site petty thefts etc. till closure.
- Assist security manager in major security investigations.
- Prepare monthly reports & returns for security operations.
- Prepare incident reports
- Willingness to work extended hours during critical security incidents / emergencies.
- Prepare / revise post orders for all security posts.
- Prepare / Coordinate training program for onsite guarding staff.
