About the Role
We are looking for a Site Scanner to identify and develop new business opportunities by scouting construction and project sites in Bangalore and surrounding areas. The candidate will be responsible for identifying upcoming projects, connecting with key influencers, and generating qualified leads for Viva Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP).
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit construction sites, commercial projects, residential projects, and upcoming developments.
- Identify new and upcoming projects at an early stage and collect project-related information.
- Generate leads and provide accurate project details to the sales/project team.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, fabricators,
and other project influencers.
- Identify opportunities for Viva ACP products and support the sales team in converting leads into business.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor activity tracking in the assigned territory.
- Maintain a daily/weekly report of site visits, recent projects, leads generated, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Sales/BDM team for further project development and customer meetings.
- Ensure regular follow-up on identified projects until the opportunity is converted or closed.
- Achieve assigned targets for site visits, lead generation, and qualified project
opportunities. Key Skills & Requirements
- 06 Months to 3 years of experience in site scouting, field sales, lead generation, or
project sales.
- Must be comfortable with extensive field work and daily site visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
