Role Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Data SRE Engineer to support production AI/ML, data, and telemetry pipelines. The role will focus on pipeline health, data reliability, observability, incident troubleshooting, and production engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor production AI/ML and data pipeline health and execution.
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures, telemetry gaps, latency, data freshness, data-quality, and processing issues.
- Analyze production issues using SQL/KQL, logs, metrics, and telemetry.
- Participate in incident triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Build and maintain dashboards, alerts,



operational queries, and health checks.
- Support AI/ML pipeline and service deployment validation and production monitoring.
- Develop automation for recurring troubleshooting and operational activities.
- Maintain troubleshooting documentation and production runbooks.
- Participate in production support/on-call rotations.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years in Data Engineering, SRE, Production Engineering, MLOps, or Platform Engineering.
- Experience supporting production data or AI/ML pipelines.
- Strong SQL and data troubleshooting skills.
- Python, PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent scripting experience.
- Experience with monitoring, telemetry, and production incident troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of distributed data-processing and pipeline architectures.

Preferred Skills:

- Azure cloud experience.
- Kusto/KQL and Azure Data Explorer.
- Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, Spark.
- Event Hubs, Kafka, or similar streaming technologies.
- Azure DevOps/Git and CI/CD pipelines.
