Role & responsibilities

- Inspection of incoming materials and stage inspection for manufactured equipment at all stages

- Witnessing WPS, PQR and approval of welders

- Preparation of QA procedures including NDE, testing procedure, specific ITP

- Co-ordinating with third party inspection agencies for inspection & approvals

- Conduct stage inspection like fitup/ tack weld/ assembly/ welding/ NDT, leak test in shop

- Coordinate with respective departments for day-to-day inspection calls

- Responsible for ASME documentation and audits

- Blasting and Painting Inspection

- Responsible for quality dossier preparation, submission and approval from client

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelors or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with ASNT NDT level II certification

- Experience: 7 to 10 years in pressure vessel, tank fabrication, or heavy steel structural fabrication.

- Proficiency in understanding ASME Section VIII, API 650/620, and Indian Standards (IS)

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
