- 10+ years of experience in project management / project execution, preferably in Storage Solutions, Warehousing, Racking, Construction, EPC or Infrastructure.

- Solid experience in handling installation projects and site execution.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Role & responsibilities

- Own assigned project execution from mobilization to handover.

- Create and maintain the detailed site execution plan.

- Ensure daily progress against the approved project schedule.

- Conduct daily site reviews with captains, engineers, HSE and quality teams.

- Share accurate DPRs covering progress, manpower, material, equipment, safety, quality, issues and next-day plan.

- Keep the project-management tool updated daily.

- Conduct regular video reviews and planned site visits for every assigned project.

- Monitor all site deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies.





- Prepare recovery plans immediately for delayed activities.

- Ensure manpower, equipment, tools and material are available as per the execution plan.

- Coordinate daily with production, dispatch and logistics.

- Confirm material dispatch, receipt, shortages, damage and reconciliation.

- Ensure site readiness before mobilisation and before each major milestone.

- Ensure adherence to project quality, safety and installation standards .

- Conduct or ensure daily toolbox talks, work permits, PPE checks and work-at-height controls.

- Stop unsafe work and escalate safety risks immediately.

- Ensure first-bay approval, quality hold points, measurements and final QA checks.

- Maintain installation checklists, ITPs, snag lists, photos and handover documentatio
