Role Summary The Site Incharge is the company's single point of accountability at a Railway project site. You will manage site manpower, statutory compliance, material and machinery, contract documentation, billing and payment follow-up, and day-to-day liaison with Railway officials.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manpower Management: Recruit,



deploy and supervise site workers; maintain attendance, joining/exit records and PF/ESIC data on HRMS.

2. Material &
- Cost Control: Raise indents, maintain daily stock records and machinery handover; keep site costs within approved budget.

- Vendor Management: Coordinate sub-contractors and vendors for timely execution as per contract and Railway requirements.

- Billing &

- Payments: Coordinate work certification, raise bills including PVC, follow up for payment realisation and contest penalties with documentation.

- Reporting &

- Liaison: Maintain progress, manpower and inventory reports; act as the site's single point of contact for Railway officials and HO departments.
