1. Site Supervision

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the site.

- Allocate work to skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers as per the work plan.

- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and instructions from the Project Engineer.

- Monitor progress and report daily work status to the Project Engineer.

1. Workforce Management

- Maintain discipline among site workers and subcontractor labour.

- Ensure adequate manpower is available for planned activities.

- Record daily labour attendance and productivity when required.

- Guide workers on proper work methods and construction practices.

1. Quality Control

- Ensure workmanship meets project quality standards.

- Verify line, level, alignment, dimensions, and finishing before proceeding to the next stage.

- Report defects or deviations immediately and ensure corrective action is taken.

1. Safety & HSE Compliance

- Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

- Ensure workers follow all safety procedures and site regulations.

- Identify unsafe conditions and report hazards immediately.

- Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.

1. Material & Equipment Management

- Monitor material consumption and prevent wastage.

- Verify receipt and proper storage of construction materials.





- Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly.

- Coordinate with the storekeeper for material requirements.

1. Coordination

- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Surveyors, Quality Engineers, Safety Officers, and subcontractors.

- Assist in planning daily and weekly work schedules.

- Ensure smooth execution of work without unnecessary delays.

1. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily work records and site activity reports.

- Report manpower, material shortages, equipment breakdowns, and work progress.

- Assist in maintaining measurement records and inspection readiness.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of civil construction activities.

- Ability to read basic construction drawings.

- Robust leadership and communication skills.

- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

- Knowledge of safety practices and quality requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Daily work completion against planned targets.

- Labour productivity and efficient manpower utilization.

- Quality compliance with minimal rework.

- Material wastage control.

- Safety compliance and zero preventable incidents.

- Timely reporting and coordination with the Project Engineer.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
