M/s. Harman Finochem operates three API manufacturing facilities in Shendra and Chikalthana, Aurangabad, which are fully compliant with cGMP and GLP standards and have received approvals from major international regulatory authorities, including the USFDA, WHO-GMP, and TGA.

We are hiring for the position of Site Head (DGM) - API Unit for our B6 site, Shendra, Aurangabad:

Role & responsibilities :

- To control all B6 side activity of project, new construction, manpower deployment and engineering, QA, QC, HR, production and supply vendor.
- Assessment of performance of B-6 team
- Involved in the Project work for new projects as and when required.
- Involvement in developing green belt and CSR activity as side head




- To coordinate with ETP department related to effluent handling activity.
- To coordinate with the maintenance department related to production equipment routine breakdown as well
- as modification in it.
- To coordinate with the Safety department related to protected operation in the plant. To ensure all production and
- project and service-related persons follow safety norms in day todays operations.
- Coordination with safety dept and HR dept for maintaining plant safety, manpower safety, and good
- housekeeping, personal hygiene of employees
- To keep the factory always ready for regulatory and customer audit
- Preparation of side budget and implementation.

Preferred candidate profile : Experience : 15-25yrs

Qualification: BE Chemical
