The RoleWe're looking for a Site Executive to supervise day-to-day execution of interior, environmental arts, graphics, and signage projects at client sites across Bengaluru. You'll be the on-ground link between our design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients — making sure what gets built matches what was designed, on time and to standard.

This is a hands-on, on-site role suited to someone who's comfortable reading drawings, managing multiple trades at once, and solving problems in real time.

Key Responsibilities

Execution & Site Supervision

- Supervise day-to-day execution of interior fit-out, environmental graphics, and signage installation works at site
- Coordinate carpentry, civil finishes, electrical, and signage installation trades, ensuring sequencing doesn't create conflicts or rework
- Read and interpret construction drawings, artwork approvals, and technical detailing to guide execution teams accurately
- Ensure all environmental arts, graphics,



and signage installations are aligned precisely with approved designs, dimensions, colours, and finishes

Coordination & Planning

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, fabricators, and internal design teams to keep work progressing against agreed drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Plan daily and weekly work sequences, schedule resources (manpower, materials, equipment) accordingly
- Track and manage material deliveries to site, flagging shortages or delays early
- Liaise with the client's site team/facility management where required, working within the project's communication protocols

Quality, Safety & Compliance

- Conduct regular quality checks on workmanship — clean edges, finish consistency, accurate colour/material application, and adherence to approved specifications
- Identify and log snags; follow up with contractors/vendors on rectification within agreed timelines
- Maintain safety protocols and PPE compliance on site for all personnel under supervision
- Maintain site cleanliness and organisation standards throughout execution

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate daily/weekly progress documentation — photographs, completion percentages, material status, and issues encountered
- Update project managers and stakeholders with regular, timely progress reports




- Support cost and time optimization by tracking resource utilisation and flagging inefficiencies
- Escalate anticipated delays, scope deviations, or site issues promptly, with recovery plans where possible

What We're Looking For
- Experience in interior site execution — supervision of carpentry, civil finishes, electrical works, and signage installation — with a strong working understanding of construction drawings and technical detailing
- Solid project coordination and site management skills: planning daily activities, scheduling resources, liaising with contractors/vendors, and reporting progress up the chain
- Ability to run quality checks, enforce design and safety compliance, and resolve on-site problems quickly and independently
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working across design teams, clients, contractors, and site personnel
- Working proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design/drafting software is an advantage
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Prior on-site experience in interiors, environmental graphics, or fit-out projects strongly preferred
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru; able to work full-time on-site with flexibility across multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
