1. Proficiency in Postgress database queries

Key Responsibilities

1. Provides Batch operation support to newly onboarded app in production
2.



Proactively troubleshoot the batches issues and bugs in the design and take steps to resolve them
3. Implement best practices and automate any manual touch points in prod operation through python scripts
4. keep the production system up and running so that SLAs can be met, on both the platform and application levels
5. Respond to emergency callout, perform RCA and troubleshooting of problems and escalate as and when necessary
6. Build observability dashboard to minimize manual touchpoints in monitoring

7. Automate manual tasks
8. Accountable and responsible attitude towards work
