- Supervise and execute all civil and finishing works at the project site.
- Ensure work progress as per project schedule, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and project managers for smooth execution.
- Conduct site surveys and ensure accuracy in measurements and levels.
- Monitor material usage, work quality, and resource allocation.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate effectively with management.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure timely work completion.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Robust knowledge of civil construction and finishing activities.
- Experience in residential or township projects is mandatory.
- Good survey knowledge and ability to handle site measurements.
- Excellent leadership, team-handling, and communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
