Site Engineer / Site Supervisor – Civil & Interior

We are looking for a Site Engineer / Site Supervisor with 1–5 years of experience in Civil Construction and Interior Projects.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and project execution.
- Handle civil works and interior fit-out works.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, architects, and project teams.
- Read and understand AutoCAD, architectural, civil, and interior drawings.
- Monitor manpower, materials, quality, and work progress.
- Supervise masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, false ceiling, partition, carpentry, and finishing works.
- Coordinate electrical and plumbing activities at site.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve basic execution issues.
- Prepare daily site progress reports.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Maintain proper site safety and housekeeping.

Requirements




- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Civil, Construction, Interior, or Fit-Out projects.
- Knowledge of site execution and construction activities.
- Ability to read AutoCAD and working drawings.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Chennai.

Preferred: Experience in residential, commercial, office, villa, or interior projects. Immediate joiners are preferred.
