- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality of work.
- Read and interpret civil/architectural drawings and identify site-related issues.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Check measurements, quantities, and material usage.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and provide regular updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day technical and execution issues at the site.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in residential construction projects.
- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Experience in coordinating with contractors and site workers.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates who can commute to Sarjapur, Bangalore are preferred.
