Site Execution: Supervise daily application of waterproofing systems (membranes, coatings, injection grouting, and sealants) according to approved specifications.
Quality Control: Conduct pre-application surface checks, moisture tests, and leakage inspections to verify standard methodology compliance.
Material Management: Monitor daily consumption of chemicals, membranes, and raw materials, reporting stock needs early to prevent project delays.
Manpower Coordination: Direct applicator teams, sub-contractors, and laborers, tracking daily productivity and output.Billing and Measurement: Take accurate on-site measurements for progress tracking, joint client inspections, and running account (RA) billing support.
Safety Enforcement: Ensure all crews use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to chemical safety and height-work regulations.
Reporting: Maintain daily progress logs, site diaries, and quality checklists for review by project managers.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
