Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage and execute our residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, quality, safety, and timely completion within budget.

Qualification:

- B.E / http://B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of proven experience in residential buildings, villas, apartments, and commercial buildings

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Execution & Supervision: Overall in-charge of site activities from marking, footing, structure, finishing to handover.
- Planning & Scheduling: Prepare daily, weekly work schedules, labour allocation, material planning and track progress as per project timeline.
- Quality Control: Ensure all works are as per structural drawings, architectural drawings, and IS standards. Conduct quality checks for concrete, reinforcement, blockwork, plastering.
- Drawings & Measurements:



Read and interpret drawings, check levels, do quantity estimation, take measurements and prepare bills.
- Team Management: Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, masons and labour teams.
- Material Management: Raise material indents, check material received, minimize wastage.
- Client & Consultant Coordination: Attend site meetings, coordinate with structural consultant, architect and client for approvals and updates.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety norms at site and maintain all site records, daily progress reports (DPR), and documentation.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of residential and commercial construction methodology
- Excellent in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and drawing reading
- Knowledge of estimation, costing and billing (BOQ)
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple sites if required
