Role Description The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Satara, ensuring work is executed in accordance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and labor teams, monitoring progress against project schedules, and resolving technical issues that arise on the site. The position involves supervising structural and civil works, conducting inspections, maintaining site documentation,



and reporting on project status to project managers.

The Site

Engineer will also support quality control processes, implement best practices, and contribute to effective communication among stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid on-site supervision skills and practical experience managing construction activities at live project locations.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, clients, and internal project teams.
- Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety norms, and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to roadways, bridges, water systems, and related infrastructure works.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, using basic engineering tools, and preparing site reports is beneficial.
- Experience with project planning software and familiarity with local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to work extended hours on-site when required and maintain a strong focus on safety and teamwork.
