Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day construction site activities Coordinate with workers and contractors Monitor work progress and quality Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and requirements Check materials and maintain basic site records Ensure proper safety and discipline at the site Eligibility: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred Freshers are welcome Positive communication and site-management skills Willingness to work at the construction site
