As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the effective management and execution of site activities, including but not limited to: Site Management Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project requirements. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and other site personnel. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Labour Management

Manage and supervise labour and subcontractor teams at site. Allocate work and monitor productivity. Maintain discipline and proper utilization of manpower. Coordinate manpower requirements with the concerned management. Equipment & Tools Management Ensure proper availability and utilization of construction equipment, machinery and tools. Maintain records of tools and equipment issued at site. Ensure proper handling, storage and maintenance of equipment.

Quality Control

Monitor the quality of work and materials used at site. Ensure work is carried out according to approved specifications and standards.



Identify and report quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.

Safety Management

Ensure compliance with all site safety rules and procedures. Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and follow safety practices. Immediately report unsafe conditions, incidents or accidents to the concerned authority.

Ensure the site remains clean, organized and protected for all personnel. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily site records, labour reports, material records and work progress reports. Provide regular updates regarding site progress, manpower, materials, equipment and issues.

Escalate delays, shortages, technical issues and other site-related concerns promptly.

Dress

Code & Safety Requirements Employees are required to report to site in formal attire . Safety shoes are mandatory at the project site. All other PPE prescribed by the project/client must be worn as required. The employee shall comply with all safety, security and access-control requirements of Honda R&D;, Manesar .
