Job Title: Site Engineer – Government Building Projects

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer with hands-on experience in executing and supervising government-funded building projects. The candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and day-to-day supervision of civil works at the site, ensuring all project deliverables meet quality, safety, and compliance standards as per the government norms.

Key Responsibilities:Site Execution and Supervision

- Oversee the day-to-day site operations of government civil projects (offices, schools, hospitals, quarters, etc.).
- Execute work as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and government tender conditions.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per CPWD/PWD norms and IS codes.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Attend site meetings with government officials, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Liaise with government departments for approvals, inspections, and certifications.

Quality Assurance and Control

- Conduct quality checks on construction activities (steel, concrete, brickwork, plastering, etc.).




- Ensure quality standards and government norms are met at all stages.
- Maintain quality control records, test reports, and compliance checklists.

Progress Monitoring

- Track project milestones, monitor site progress, and update daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Identify delays or issues and escalate them for timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to the project timeline and budget.

Safety and Compliance

- Ensure all health and safety standards are enforced in office.
- Conduct regular safety toolbox talks and training for labor and site staff.
- Maintain safety checklists and incident logs.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily logs, material consumption reports, site photos, and labor reports.
- Prepare RA bills, measurements (MB Book), and work certification as per government billing norms.
- Handle site correspondence and maintain project documentation as per government requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in site execution of construction projects.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
