Job Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily manpower requirements as per project work progress and site priorities.

- Distribute work efficiently among different worker groups and supervisors.

- Study and understand mechanical and structural drawings, layouts, and project specifications.

- Coordinate with the client site team, contractors, supervisors, and workers for smooth execution of project activities.

- Monitor day-to-day site activities and work progress as per the allotted project area.

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and project schedules.

- Monitor manpower productivity and ensure optimum utilization of available resources.

- Coordinate with the project team regarding material, manpower, tools, equipment, and other site requirements.

- Prepare and maintain daily progress updates,



manpower reports, and work status reports.

- Regularly monitor the progress of assigned areas and identify any delays, site issues, or execution constraints.

- Report project development, work progress, and site issues to the Project Manager / Site In-charge.

- Coordinate with the client and internal site teams to resolve day-to-day execution-related issues.

- Support the Project Manager in achieving project targets and scheduled milestones.

- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and discipline within the assigned work area.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
