WE ARE HIRING - SITE ENGINEER INTERNS

Ashdon Interior is looking for enthusiastic Civil Engineering students & freshers to join our team as Site Engineer Interns.

Location: Project Sites – Pan India

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000/month

Travel Allowance: Provided by the Company

Food & Lodging: Provided by the Company

Who can apply?

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Civil Engineering
- Civil Engineering students currently pursuing their degree
- Fresh graduates

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Site Engineer in managing day-to-day site activities.
- Assist with site measurements and quantity verification.
- Understand and assist in reading architectural and interior drawings.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers under the guidance of the Site Engineer.
- Monitor ongoing work and report daily progress to the project team.
- Assist in checking the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Support the team in maintaining site records, daily progress reports, and material logs.
- Assist in ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Learn about different interior materials, construction methods, and site execution processes.
- Assist in identifying and reporting site-level issues to the senior team.
- Follow and promote proper site safety practices.




- Perform other site-related activities as assigned by the Site Engineer

Eligibility

- Students currently pursuing Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Recent Civil Engineering graduates/freshers
- Candidates with a willingness to work at project sites
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Candidates should be willing to travel/stay at project locations as required

This is a hands-on site internship, not just a desk-based role. You'll work alongside experienced site engineers and get practical exposure to live interior projects.
