Job Summary El Sol Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Site Engineer to manage and supervise solar project execution at assigned sites. The role involves site inspection, installation supervision, technical coordination, quality control, documentation, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate solar project installation and execution at assigned sites.
- Conduct site surveys, measurements, and technical inspections.
- Monitor installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, electrical wiring, and earthing systems.
- Ensure projects are executed according to technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, customers, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Monitor materials and ensure proper utilization at project sites.
- Maintain accurate site reports, progress updates, photographs,



checklists, and project documentation.
- Support testing, commissioning, handover, and post-installation activities.
- Travel to assigned project locations as required.

Qualification & Requirements
- B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or EEE
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Must be willing to travel extensively.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and site execution.
- Knowledge or experience in Solar PV projects will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
