We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee our ongoing civil construction projects. You will be responsible for daily site supervision, structural drawing verification, quality control, and coordinating effectively with clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day operations on site to ensure work progresses according to the project plan and timeline.
- Drawing Execution: Read, interpret, and execute architectural and structural drawings on-site.
- Quality Control & Safety: Conduct regular quality checks on materials and construction work while maintaining safety standards.
- Material Management: Estimate required materials, track inventory, and minimise wastage.
- Client & Contractor Coordination:
Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to provide project status updates.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on site execution experience in civil construction.
- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of structural drawings, site supervision, quality checking, and basic estimation.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
