WE ARE HIRING – SITE ENGINEER

Position: Site Engineer – Conventional Construction

Location: Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: DCE / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

Candidates should have hands-on experience in conventional civil construction, particularly in:

- Civil Flooring Works
- Civil Foundation Works
- Machine Foundation Works
- RCC Flooring Works
- RCC Road Works
- Steel Bar Bending & Reinforcement Works
- Brick Masonry Works
- Plastering Works
- Tile Laying Works
- Planning & Scheduling
- Preparation of Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
- Site Documentation & Report Preparation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Execute civil works as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Plan and coordinate manpower, materials and resources for timely project execution.
- Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.




- Handle client requirements professionally and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare DPRs, site reports, measurements and other project documentation.
- Coordinate reinforcement, concreting, flooring, masonry, plastering and finishing activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety practices at the construction site.
