Educational Qualification

- (i) Full time regular B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / EEE with minimum 60% marks
- from a recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE.

OR

- (ii) Full-time regular Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE.

Experience (i) B.E./B.Tech: Minimum 01-year relevant experience; 1+ year experience will be preferred.

(ii) Diploma: Minimum 03 years relevant experience.

Mandatory

Relevant technical experience in one or more of: General Electrical Systems,

Pumps/Motors, UPS, Electrical Panels, Cabling, Lighting Systems and fault diagnosis/troubleshooting.

Desirable

- Experience in HT/LT Substation, DG Sets, UPS, HVAC systems, AMC/CAMC, tendering/

procurement, GeM and execution of electrical works.
- Experience in estimates/BOQs, technical specifications, contractor bill verification and

supervision/execution of works.
- Experience in institutional/industrial/commercial buildings, campuses, data centres or

similar establishments with large electrical/electro-mechanical infrastructure.
- Knowledge of CPWD Specifications, IS standards,



electrical safety, preventive

maintenance, AutoCAD/electrical drawings and MS Office.

Age

Upper Age Limit: 30 years as on the last date of receipt of applications.

Job Responsibilities

- Operation, maintenance and supervision of HVAC, Substation, DG Sets, UPS, WTP, Lifts

and other electrical/electro-mechanical systems at C-DOT Campus.
- Monitoring and coordination of AMC/CAMC works for HVAC, Substation, DG, UPS, WTP,

Lifts and other campus services, including service provider performance.
- Supervision, inspection, testing, commissioning and timely resolution of electrical

faults/breakdowns and maintenance works.
- Execution/monitoring of various tenders, preparation/review of estimates, BOQs, technical

specifications and verification of contractor bills.
- Tendering/procurement support including GeM-related activities and technical

evaluation/coordination with contractors, consultants and agencies.
- Monitoring of CPWD works and coordination with CPWD/contractors/consultants/DISCOM

and other agencies.
- Any other electrical O&M;/project-related work assigned by the Competent Authority.
