- Supervise and manage Overhead Tank (OHT) construction projects at site.
- Coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities as per drawings and specifications.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting and finishing works.
- Read and interpret structural/civil drawings and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
- Monitor manpower, material and equipment at site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and project management teams.
- Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of project activities.
- Maintain daily progress reports, measurements and site records.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure work is executed as per project schedule, quality standards and safety requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience.
- Experience in OHT / water tank / RCC structure / water infrastructure projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of RCC construction, reinforcement, shuttering and concreting.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Good coordination and site management skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
