About Us

We are developing a premium resort project and are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer who can take responsibility for day-to-day construction activities and ensure the project is executed with quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate should have solid site execution and project coordination skills and be capable of independently managing civil construction activities at a resort project.

Job Summary

As a Site Engineer (Civil), you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities at the resort site. You will work closely with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and the management team to ensure that construction progresses as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

The role requires someone who is hands-on, organised, technically sound, and comfortable taking ownership of site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the resort site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, architects, structural consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor the progress of construction and ensure activities are completed within planned timelines.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies or execution-related issues at site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper workmanship and quality standards.
- Take measurements and verify quantities of completed work.




- Monitor the use of construction materials and coordinate material requirements with the management/procurement team.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, work progress reports, measurements, and documentation.
- Coordinate different civil works including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, tiling, external development, and other finishing works.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and other services.
- Identify construction issues and coordinate with relevant consultants or contractors for timely resolution.
- Monitor labour deployment and contractor productivity.
- Ensure proper adherence to site safety practices.
- Assist in planning and scheduling upcoming construction activities.
- Keep management updated on project progress, delays, material requirements, quality issues, and site challenges.
- Support the overall management and successful completion of the resort construction project.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Civil Site Engineer.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in residential, hospitality, resort, commercial, or similar construction projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, measurements, estimation,



and quality control.
- Robust contractor and labour management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of MS Excel/other project documentation tools.
- Ability to independently handle site responsibilities and work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to be present at the project site and actively supervise construction activities.
- Knowledge of Kannada is preferred for effective coordination with local contractors and labour teams.
