The company specialises in the planning, design co-ordination, and execution of large-scale building projects, with a particular focus on institutional and campus infrastructure.

Trisha Infracon is currently engaged in its most significant undertaking to date: the development of an international school campus in Shamshabad, Hyderabad. This flagship project involves the construction of a comprehensive educational campus, encompassing academic blocks, administrative facilities, and ancillary infrastructure, to the highest standards of design and quality. The Shamshabad site is the operational hub for the project, and all current openings are based here.

- Location: Shamshabad, Hyderabad (on-site presence required)
- Proficiency in Telugu: Mandatory
- Experience in building construction projects: Strongly preferred
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site project setting

Key Skills Required
- Site Execution: Experience in building / institutional construction projects
- Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Site Coordination: Co-ordination with architects, consultants, vendors, and sub-contractors
- Quality & Safety: Ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Team Coordination: Co-ordinating with site supervisors, contractors,



and other project staff
- Project Scheduling: Monitoring daily activities and ensuring work progresses as per schedule
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining site records, daily progress reports, and documentation
- Problem Solving: Identifying and escalating site issues, delays, and quality concerns

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the school campus site.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Co-ordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, vendors, and sub-contractors for smooth execution of works.
- Review drawings and coordinate with the concerned teams to clarify design or site-related requirements.
- Monitor the progress of assigned works and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
- Supervise contractors and sub-contractors and monitor the quality and progress of their work.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other project staff to ensure efficient execution of activities.
- Identify and report site-level issues, delays, material requirements, and quality concerns to the Project Manager.
- Maintain daily site records, work progress updates, measurements, and other required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality and safety requirements at the site.
- Support the Project Manager in project coordination, progress tracking, and reporting.

Work Location: In person Pay: ₹10,966.10 - ₹30,000.00 per month
