Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer / Project Engineer (Commercial Interiors) to take ownership of on-site operations for premium commercial fit-out projects (offices, hospitals, and corporate facilities). Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Execution: Oversee day-to-day on-site interior and architectural finishing works strictly in accordance with approved architectural/MEP drawings.

- Timeline Management: Plan daily work schedules, track site milestones, and ensure project delivery within stipulated timelines.

- Contractor &
- Labor Coordination:

Manage subcontractors, carpenters, MEP teams, vendors, and site labor to maintain smooth workflow and productivity.

- Quality &

- Finishing:

Maintain high standards of finishing details, conduct quality inspections, and resolve snags proactively.

- Client &

- Stakeholder Management:

Coordinate regular progress updates with clients, consultants, and project managers; resolve site-level technical bottlenecks efficiently.

- Material &

- Inventory Tracking:

Monitor material delivery, site storage, and utilization to prevent wastage.

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):

- Experience:



Minimum 2 years of proven site supervision/engineering experience specifically handling Commercial Interior Fit-Outs (corporate offices, healthcare/hospitals, or retail spaces).

- Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in reading, interpreting, and executing detailed interior design drawings, layout plans, and elevations.

- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, site negotiation, problem-solving, and bilingual communication skills (Tamil/English preferred for site handling).

- Availability: Candidates available to join immediately or within 7–15 days will be given priority.

Compensation &

- Perks:

- Gross Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (commensurate with site experience).
