About the Role

We are looking for a Site Engineer – Civil to oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The role will be responsible for ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers for smooth execution of work.
- Check line, level, alignment, dimensions, and quality of construction work.
- Monitor progress of work and ensure activities are completed as per the project schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify issues or deviations.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Billing Engineer, Architect, consultants, and other site teams.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and manpower at site.
- Verify material requirements and coordinate with the concerned team for timely availability.
- Maintain daily site progress reports, work records, measurements, and site documentation.
- Assist in checking measurements for billing and contractor/subcontractor payments.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site safety procedures.
- Identify construction-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.




- Review drawings and communicate relevant instructions to contractors and workers.
- Monitor rework, wastage, and deviations and report them to the Project Manager.
- Support project completion, snagging, rectification, and handover activities.

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and related construction activities.
- Understanding of BOQ, measurements, quantity estimation, and basic billing.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong site coordination and contractor management skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
- Robust attention to detail and quality orientation.

Qualification Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in residential/commercial construction, real estate, building projects, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
