- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor and ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure tasks are completed within project timelines.
2. Technical Duties
- Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity take-offs, and material requirements.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and propose practical solutions.
3. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
- Attend site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager.
- Liaise with consultants for inspections and approvals.
4. Site Documentation
- Maintain daily site records,
including work progress, manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of inspections, test results, and work approvals.
5. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Identify hazards and report unsafe conditions immediately.
- Work in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
