Core Roles and Responsibilities.(Experience Candidate Only Apply)

- Setting Out and Surveying: Measuring and marking out the site so that structures are built in the correct location and to the right elevations.

- Technical Guidance: Checking blueprints, interpreting engineering drawings, and giving technical advice to workers and subcontractors.

- Quality Control: Inspecting materials and completed work to make sure they match project standards and building codes.

- Safety Enforcement: Monitoring daily activities to ensure the team follows health and safety rules and keeps the site hazard-free.

- Progress Monitoring: Tracking work against the schedule and reporting delays or milestones to the project manager.

- Problem Solving: Fixing technical issues, material shortages, or design errors as they happen on site.

- Team Coordination: Communicating with architects, contractors, quantity surveyors, and local authorities.

- 4 to 6 Year Experience Same Field.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
