Infrastructural Development Consortium (IDC) is looking for a dedicated and motivated Site Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in civil construction, site execution, quality control, and project coordination.

Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution activities.
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are maintained.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in civil construction.
- Good understanding of site execution, materials, quality, and safety standards.
- Ability to read drawings and BOQs.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work across project sites in Meghalaya.
