We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Civil & Luxury Interior Fit-Outs to manage the execution of premium villas, residences, hospitality and interior projects in Nainital/Mukteshwar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise civil, finishing and interior fit-out works.

- Execute work as per architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

- Manage contractors, labour and specialist vendors.

- Monitor quality, measurements, quantities and site billing.

- Coordinate materials, manpower and daily site activities.

- Prepare DPRs, progress reports and work schedules.

- Identify site issues and provide practical solutions.

- Conduct quality inspections and ensure snag closure.

- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants and management.

- Ensure site safety, housekeeping and proper material storage.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- 5–10 years of relevant experience.

- Solid knowledge of civil construction and luxury interior finishing.

- Good understanding of drawings, BOQs and measurements.

- Experience with villas, resorts,



premium residential or interior projects preferred.

- AutoCAD and MS Excel knowledge preferred.

- Experience in hilly/mountain construction will be an advantage.

- Strong contractor management and communication skills.

- Ability to independently handle site execution.

- Candidates should be willing to work/relocate to Nainital/Mukteshwar and be comfortable with hilly-site conditions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
