About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Engineer – Site to manage day-to-day civil construction activities, coordinate with labour and vendors, monitor work quality and progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned works as per drawings, specifications and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Handle and coordinate labour, contractors and site manpower effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely availability of materials and services.
- Check quantities, measurements and prepare/verify contractor and vendor bills.
- Maintain proper site records, measurements, material consumption and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and other project team members.
- Identify and resolve routine site-level technical and execution issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Monitor quality, safety and workmanship at site.
- Read and understand civil, architectural and structural drawings.
- Support senior management in planning, execution and reporting of project activities.





Technical Skills Required Candidate should be well-versed with relevant civil engineering tools and software, preferably:
- AutoCAD
- MS Excel
- MS Project / Primavera – added advantage
- Quantity estimation and measurement
- Preparation/checking of BOQ and billing
- Reading and understanding construction drawings
- Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods and specifications

Candidate Profile
- 4–5 years of relevant site experience in civil construction.
- Diploma holders and graduates in Civil Engineering are eligible.
- Should have good academic records throughout education.
- Strong practical knowledge of site execution and construction activities.
- Should be capable of independently handling labour, vendors, contractors and billing activities.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Should be disciplined, responsible and comfortable working at construction sites.
- Candidates with experience in real estate / building construction / land development projects will be preferred.
