:

- Prepare detailed plot layouts, site plans, and subdivision plans for residential and commercial projects.

- Prepare drawings using AutoCAD / Civil 3D based on survey and engineering data.

- Develop plot dimensions, road layouts, setbacks, parking areas, and common areas.

- Coordinate with surveyors, civil engineers, architects, and project teams.

- Modify drawings according to project requirements and approvals.

- Ensure drawings comply with applicable local planning and development regulations.

- Maintain and update drawings, revisions, and project documentation.

- Assist in preparing drawings required for DTCP/CMDA/RERA or other statutory approvals, where applicable.

Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / Certificate in Civil Drafting, Architectural Drafting, or Civil Engineering.

- Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD is required.

- Knowledge of Civil 3D, SketchUp or other drafting software is an advantage.

- Understanding of plot dimensions, land layouts, road alignment, setbacks and site plans.

- 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
