About the Role

Glenearth Constructions LLP is looking for a Site Engineer (Civil) to join our project execution team.

The role involves supervising residential construction activities, coordinating labour and subcontractors, ensuring works are executed according to drawings and specifications, maintaining quality standards, and providing regular site updates.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Execute works according to architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinate labour teams, subcontractors and suppliers for smooth site progress.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure activities are completed according to the project schedule.
- Ensure required quality checklists and site records are properly maintained.
- Coordinate with the Project Coordinator, Project Manager, QS and other team members.
- Prepare daily progress updates, site photographs and reports.
- Identify site issues early and report them to the Project Coordinator / Project Manager.
- Ensure proper curing, housekeeping, material storage and safety practices at site.
- Attend technical discussions before starting important construction stages.
- Communicate professionally with clients, architects and other project stakeholders when required.

Must-Have Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




- Basic knowledge of residential building construction.
- Ability to understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring and finishing works.
- Willingness to travel between project sites when required.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to take responsibility for site activities and reporting.

Preferred
- 1+ year of residential construction/site experience.
- Experience handling labour teams and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of quantity checking and material requirements.
- Ability to use AutoCAD and basic MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
