- Experience : 2-5 years
- The salary offered for this position is ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month. Candidates expecting a higher salary are requested not to apply for this position.
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, architects, and project managers.
- Check the quality of materials and construction work.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare daily site progress reports.
- Take measurements and maintain site records.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and manpower.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution in Residential Projects.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
