Key Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in Clinical Research.
- Current or previous titles such as Principal CRA, Senior CRA II, Associate Project Manager, Project Manager, Junior CTM, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on onsite monitoring experience in Global Clinical Trials.
- 5-8+ years of experience working with global CROs, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology organizations.
- Prior experience in site management, study execution, and clinical operations.
- 1-2 years of Project Management experience is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Open to relocation candidates, including those relocating with family.
