About the Job: Responsible for site-level execution and supervision of construction activities, ensuring work is carried out strictly in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Interpret architectural, structural, civil and MEP drawings and coordinate between drawings and actual site conditions to guide accurate implementation. Coordinate closely with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects and the project team to ensure smooth execution of work fronts.

Monitor construction progress against the approved schedule, identify technical and site-level issues, and support their timely resolution. Support quality control, safety compliance, site documentation and reporting to enable timely and defect-free project execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Site Drawing Management

- Review and understand architectural, structural, civil, MEP and other relevant construction drawings.
- Ensure the latest approved drawings are available and used at site.
- Coordinate drawing revisions and ensure obsolete drawings are removed from circulation.
- Interpret drawings and communicate technical requirements to site teams and contractors.
- Cross-check drawings for discrepancies, clashes, missing information or constructability issues.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects and design teams for drawing clarifications.
- Raise RFIs / technical queries wherever required.
- Maintain proper drawing registers and documentation.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

1. Construction Coordination:





- Coordinate day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and project management teams.
- Ensure work fronts are available as per the construction schedule.
- Coordinate sequencing and dependencies between different activities and trades.
- Monitor progress against project schedules.
- Identify delays, constraints and site-level bottlenecks.
- Coordinate resolution of site issues.
- Ensure smooth communication between design and execution teams.
- Conduct or participate in site meetings and follow up on action points.

1. Site Supervision & Execution:

- Supervise construction activities and ensure execution follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor workmanship and construction practices.
- Verify dimensions, levels, alignment and other technical requirements.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals where applicable.
- Ensure proper execution before subsequent activities commence.

1. Quality & Technical Compliance:

- Monitor quality of construction work.
- Ensure materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications.
- Identify deviations and non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support quality inspections and documentation.
- Ensure technical standards and project requirements are followed.

1. Progress Monitoring & Reporting:

- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
- Track actual progress against planned progress.
- Highlight delays, risks and dependencies to the Project Manager.
- Maintain site records, measurements, inspection records and relevant documentation.
- Provide updates on drawing status, site progress and technical issues.
