Valuable design needs good execution. That's where the right site team makes all the difference. At BASICS, you'll work closely with our design teams to ensure that what is envisioned on paper is delivered on site—with quality, precision and attention to detail.

We're Hiring

? Site Engineer: Minimum 5 years of experience I 10 years of experience is desirable

? Location: New Delhi The Role

You'll be responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple BASICS projects, working closely with architects, consultants, contractors and site teams to ensure that design intent, quality and construction standards are maintained throughout the project.

From understanding drawings and construction techniques to coordinating on-site execution and resolving site-level issues, you'll play a key role in taking our designs from drawings to reality.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred




- Architects with relevant site-execution experience may also be considered in special cases
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building projects
- Prior experience working with an architecture/design firm is preferred
- Strong understanding of civil and structural works
- Good knowledge of construction processes, methods and techniques
- Fair understanding of MEP and building services
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and service drawings
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to independently oversee and coordinate multiple projects
- Willingness to travel and oversee BASICS projects across Delhi NCR and other locations in India
