Role Description The Site Civil Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for supervising daily construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with design and planning teams, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines.

Engineer will perform site inspections, monitor quality and progress, manage resources, and prepare daily/weekly reports.



The position also includes assisting in implementing advanced engineering practices and providing practical feedback to improve future projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience working as part of Civil Engineers teams, with skills in Planning and project coordination.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure design and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Prior on-site construction experience, preferably in building or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, basic structural analysis tools).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with attention to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage time effectively, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
