- Identify potential sites in non-urban areas.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility checks.
- Coordinate and complete site acquisition within timelines.
- Negotiate with landowners and finalize agreements.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, RF and Deployment teams.
- Ensure statutory and company compliance.
- Maintain valuable relationships with landowners and stakeholders.
- Resolve landowner queries and payment-related issues.
- Prepare and submit site survey/acquisition reports.
- Coordinate site handover to the Deployment team.
- Build relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Qualification: Graduate.
- Experience: 1–6 years.
- Skills: Negotiation, problem-solving, relationship building & interpersonal skills.
- Languages: English & Hindi.
