C R Infra is looking for an experienced Site Civil Engineer for our project The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, supervision, measurements, manpower coordination, material requirements and maintaining site records.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate with client engineers, consultants, subcontractors and site supervisors.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment and quantities at site.
- Take and maintain accurate site measurements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and work completion reports.
- Prepare measurement sheets and assist in RA bill preparation.
- Monitor labour productivity and manpower deployment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials at site.
- Prepare material requirements and coordinate with the office/procurement team.
- Maintain daily records of materials, labour, machinery and site activities.
- Monitor work progress against planned quantities and targets.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the construction site.




- Maintain required site registers, checklists, measurement records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the client for inspections, measurements and work approvals.

Required Skills
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant site experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Knowledge of measurements and quantity calculations.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Experience in preparing measurement sheets and RA bills will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day site activities.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in industrial projects, infrastructure projects, civil contracting, RCC works, excavation, concrete works, structural works, drainage, roads or similar construction activities will be preferred.

Experience working at large industrial / PSU project sites will be an added advantage.

Important The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day site responsibilities independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
